  We went with James Funeral Service, for my Fathers funeral, as we wanted to support a local business and we weren’t disappointed. From point of contact with Emma, she was very empathetic and went over and beyond to make sure all our needs and whatever we wanted was met. Emma is a real credit to the company. James was great on the day of the funeral, constantly checking in with  all family members asking how we were doing and if they could do anything more on the day - he had a very caring and compassionate approach to our family. All the team went over and beyond, the hearse even slowed down to the cemetery on the way, as it was a little longer distance then usual, just so all family and friends behind would be able to stay up and know where it was - a nice touch. We can’t have asked for much more and were very happy with how it went - we would highly recommend them. Thank you James Funeral Service, we will say hello whenever we pop by your service!
